ABUJA — Oyo State Governor and Presidential Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Engr. Seyi Makinde, on Sunday inspected the party’s newly equipped Presidential Campaign Headquarters in Abuja, signalling an intensified push ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
Makinde, who arrived at the campaign office ahead of its formal inauguration scheduled for Monday, September 7, was received by a strong presence of APM chieftains, supporters and representatives of allied political groups drawn from across the country.
The inspection underscores the growing organisational structure and strategic mobilisation behind the Makinde presidential campaign as the APM positions itself for a formidable national contest in 2027.
With the inauguration of the Abuja campaign headquarters expected to further consolidate the party’s national operations, Makinde’s emergence as the APM presidential standard-bearer is increasingly shaping a new political trajectory ahead of the election.
