The Executive Chairman of TESCOM, Mrs. Olubukola Oladipo, JP, disclosed this while addressing journalists at the commission’s conference room, describing the development as another milestone in the state government’s worker-focused policies.
She said the promotion would provide deserving personnel with formal recognition for their service while further motivating them to contribute to the development of the state’s education sector.
The latest approval brings renewed attention to the administration’s approach to workers’ welfare, particularly the implementation of earned promotions and recognition of career progression.
