IBADAN — The Presidential Candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Oyo State Governor, Engr. ‘Seyi Makinde, has appointed renowned lawyer and communication strategist, Barrister Anthony Ehilebo, as his Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communication.
The appointment takes immediate effect, with additional appointments to the APM presidential campaign team expected to be announced subsequently.
Makinde, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Sulaimon Olanrewaju, said Ehilebo’s expertise in strategic communication and law would strengthen the campaign’s effort to advance the APM’s message of “resetting Nigeria” and securing victory in the 2027 presidential election.
The governor called on Nigerians to unite behind the APM, describing the 2027 election as a historic opportunity to rescue the country from what he described as the failed leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
“With unity, courage, and determination, we will reclaim Nigeria’s destiny and deliver the future our people deserve,” Makinde affirmed.
